Day one

Today started so well, the sun was shining and the sky was blue. I even went outside earlier than I normally do! Then things went so bad. First the sky started to get dark, this started to worry me a tiny bit, I didn't want to go out again, then the rain started and I knew it was coming, I could just feel it in the air. And then it happened......THUNDER! I think I would rather go to the vet than have to deal with thunder, at least I get a fun car ride first. The thunder lasted ALL day, I am such a wreck now, I couldn't eat my dinner, I can't relax, all I do is wander around looking for someone to tell me it's ok. My people just carry on as if nothing is happening, some of them even get excited and start clapping and that's more than my heart can take. I have tried shoving my head in my peoples groins or in between their legs and the visitor at my peoples house didn't like it all that much so I had to have a little time out in the bedroom.
Thank goodness it's over now, I might curl up in my persons bed and try for some sleep.
